CARINE SÉCHEHAYE (*1977), mezzosoprano, Switzerland. Studies inGeneva, 2003 graduation at the Conservatory Geneva as well as a diploma in acting at the École Supérieur d’Art Dramatique. 2003-2005 member of the International Opernstudio Zürich. At the Opernhaus Zürich roles such as Olga Kromow («Lustige Witwe»), Edelknabe («Lohengrin»). At the Opéra de Lausanne engagement in «Tom Jones» and «La Canterina» & «Der Schauspieldirektor». 2006 in Nancy in «Albert Herring».

For the best Swiss participant (Swiss passport required) a
scholarship for masterclasses of CHF 8000.- will be given.
This scholarship can be given as additional award to one
of the winners (if of Swiss nationality) or to another
singer not among the winners.
